We believe our success comes from the preparation and quality of our home-cooked food. We cater approximately 1,200 events a year and believe in quality food at a great price with professional and courteous service.
Mike Auspos is our catering manager who does everything from creating menus and making our food to presentation and delivery, making sure our clients are getting exactly what they ask for.
Cathy Lynde is not only our restaurateur, but she also heads the catering team on every event from start to finish. Whether it’s client meetings or executing orders and delivery, she is hands-on in every aspect.
We are proud to say that our staff has been with the company for numerous years and are a very professional and hardworking team.
